Terms and Conditions of City Wide Bins Inc
By ordering a disposal bin from us you hereby agree to our terms and conditions listed below.
Prohibited Items
You agree not to include any materials listed in our Prohibited Items page.
Rental Period
All bins remain the property of City Wide Bins Inc, prices include a rental period of 10 days. If you exceed the 10 day period additional charges of $20 per day will apply.
Responsibility of damage
We make every effort to ensure that there is no damage caused to the driveway or surrounding property. However City Wide Bins Inc is not responsible for any property damage caused.
Cancellation Notice
We require 2 hours notice of a cancellation for any order otherwise a $150 charge will be applied.
Mixing Garbage with Concrete
Mixing garbage in with concrete will result in an additional $250 charge.
Mixing Asphalt
Mixing of asphalt is not permitted with any other substance. If asphalt is mixed it will result in a $250 fine.
